Ho Chi Minh is a city of economy and technology of Vietnam. Every year, many many people around the world visit Vietnam and Ho Chi Minh city. They are torist, businessmen, invester... So the face of Hochiminh City need to impress them. A big thing about a city that could impress someone is the landscape or the waterway. This is a big problem we need to improve. Our water way is not as good as possible, they are dirty, smelly, full of trash.... No one care about them.
For example Thi Nghe canal. It is located in district 3 of HCM. This canal has been smelly and dirty all over years.

And this is what Thi Nghe canal look like. The water is as black as it looks, and the smell is stifling.This is a tidal slough canal, a waste channel which dumps into the Saigon River. It's also where this boy and his brother play on Sunday afternoons.
The canals need our help to be bettter, they just the same as us. The canals doesn't want themselves dirty or smelly, they want to look nice and cool just like we want to. Why they look that bad? It is because of us. We need to prive our mistake. "IT'S POSSIBLE TO CHANGE"
